Terms of Service

By enrolling into class at XO Studio, you acknowledge to have read, and agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions:

• The Terms & Conditions set by XO Studio may be revised and updated at any time, and the most updated version will be published on our website. In case of any dispute, the decision of XO Studio will be final.

• Class Enrolment

  • Courses are enrolled on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

  • Full payment is required to reserve your spot.

  • Courses may be cancelled if there are insufficient students enrolled. If your course is cancelled, you will be notified via phone/email and you may rebook into a different course or request a refund within 30 days of being notified of the class cancellation.

  • Credit is valid for 12 months from date of purchase, any unused credit will expire

  • XO Studio reserves the right to change the class content, time & instructor of the original course

  • Photos and videos may only be taken with express permission of the instructor

  • Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable to other individuals or terms

    • In the case of pregnancy, full course fee will be refunded

    • If there are other medical reasons for canceling the course, a doctor’s note is required and XO studio reserves the right for the final decision 

    • In case of a refund due to medical reasons, an administrative fee of $300 (per course) will be charged

• Canceling classes & Make-up classes

  • It is the student’s responsibility to manage their own bookings 

  • You are entitled to make-up classes within the same term

    • Classes must be released 4 hours in advance 

    • You must make sure you meet the prerequisite level of the make-up classes 

• Private Instruction

  • Private classes are available depending on studio & instructor availability

  • All private classes have to be fully paid in order to be confirmed

  • If you need to change or reschedule your private class, you must contact the instructor at least 8 hours in advance or your booking fee will be forfeited

• Minimum Age

  • All participants in class must be 18 years old and above unless with written parental permission

• Personal property

  • You are responsible for and cannot hold us liable for any damage, loss or theft of any personal property that you may incur while on the premises of XO Studio
